Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY

PLEASE be sure to read our Booking Policy below:

We love and value your business with us. Please note that these policies are meant to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.

DEPOSIT

Please note that a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to complete your bookings.

The remaining balance of your hair is due in cash, POS, or e-transfer immediately after your hair has been completed with 5 percent GST.

Please note that your deposit can not be used to redeem products if you cancel or don’t show up.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING

Appointments can only be rescheduled by Admin manually. You lose 50% of your deposit when rescheduled. A minimum of 48-hour notice is required in order for your remaining deposit to be used for a future appointment. 

If you cancel your appointment by yourself or didn’t show up, you will have to pay a new deposit in order to book again.

You can only re-use your deposit ONCE to rebook within 30 days of your initial booking.
